There are a lot of people out there that are calling themselves "Transaction Coordinators" and that's okay. It's important for you to know the difference and hire the right person for the job. There is no special training or certification that is required in order to be a TC. Literally anyone can wake up one day and say "I am a Transaction Coordinator". If you think about it, that's pretty scary isn't it? You as the Realtor have a Fiduciary duty to your client to act in their best interest. So if you are handing over a certain level of responsibility to a person that calls themselves a Transaction Coordinator, you will definitely want to be sure they are a licensed Realtor with sales experience and lots of transactions under their belt before trusting them with your deals. That is why I am the right choice. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005, I have been a TC since 2015 and have TC'd on well over 3,500 transactions. I am an expert in the Texas contract, I have taught and coached dozens of Realtors. What that means for you, is that your clients purchase/sale is in very good hands when we work alongside each other from beginning through closing.
