Our Team

I grew up in Washington and moved to Texas when I was 18 yrs old. I began my career in property management where I managed apartment complexes for 6 years and then managed a hotel for 4 years. I learned a lot about people and how to communicate with different personality types. Alot about marketing, profit and loss, creating and balacing multi million dollar budgets, staffing and many more valuable tools that I utilize everyday in my business. During my time managing apartments I started my family and had my son Ely. I got my Real Estate license in 2005 so I could stay home with him for a few years while beginning my Real Estate career. The few years I spent stumbling around and trying to get my footing in sales were a challenge. It taught me alot and I have been able to reflect on that experience and teach others a better direction and how to produce early on and thrive in any real estate market. I worked for a real estate brokerage and did TC work for about 25 agents for 4 years. Using all of my experiences in the housing industry and managing businesses,  I decided to start my TC company, Moore Leverage in 2019. I found my true passion that allows me to help people and run my bisiness. Moore Leverage has changed my life in so many ways. It fills my spirit to be able to help agents with their deals.

Emily is a licensed Realtor which brings a higher level of knowledge and experience than most. She has a successful history of customer service. She is well versed in Listing agreements, many different compliance systems and all of the Local MLS's. Emily has a passion for helping people and is a huge blessing to me and my clients. Emily is super sweet and brings a level of organization and willingness to go the extra mile.
